Or, of course, you can be totally adventurous but just make sure you’re realistic in who is going to eat what! It’s ok to stick with the same meals and just swap them around. If you get stuck, make a list of your family’s favourite top 7-10 meals and rotate these. Meal planning is meant to make your life easier and simpler so if you really don’t like cooking then don’t force yourself to be creative. Again, make sure you include breakfast, lunch, dinner and all snacks. Next, you need to choose which meals to cook when and fill in the spaces on your chart. The key has been to keep it simple and easy and I’m sharing a few tips here which I hope might help you too! If you want to make sure you are mixing up the types of meals that you have each week (like my wife and I try to do) you can create different labels for each kind of meal. If you want to further utilize the app you can type in recipes and add pictures for quick reference and utilization. From there you can then make a shopping list based on your dinner ideas within the app. You can fill out your weekly meal plan as it suits your needs and then when you are indecisive or unsure of what to make you are able to randomize your dinner options to help you figure out what you are truly in the mood for. First you gather all of your favorite dinner options and put them into the dinner ideas list. This app will take all the stress of making those decisions away.
